Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to professional customers; handling returns and cores; promoting sales and loyalty programs; maintaining store cleanliness; stocking inventory; engaging with walk-in customers and upselling relevant parts or services. Must communicate effectively, build relationships with customers and teammates, follow safety rules, navigate inventory systems, and adapt to a variable schedule including evenings and weekends. The role requires automotive parts experience preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read safety and parts documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Willing to work days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- English communication skills; Spanish a plus
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance (physical demands)
- Basic math proficiency
