Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering automotive parts to pro customers; pick up returns/cores, drop off sales flyers and promote loyalty programs; maintain inventory through back stock and cycle counts; assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; keep the store clean and organized; engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services; operate the delivery board system and use inventory systems; prioritize safety and customer service while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus
- Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed
