Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs; engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services; assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts; operate inventory systems and use a delivery board system; build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; communicate effectively and provide strong customer service to drive sales; must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. Language skills include English (Spanish a plus). Safety knowledge, math skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistive equipment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work a variety of days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience preferred
