Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts to pro customers and walk-in customers; pick and stage deliveries, handle returns, and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and operate inventory systems. Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services; communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus); read safety rules and manuals; perform basic math for transactions; flexible to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends; prioritize safe driving and customer service aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
