Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering automotive parts to pro customers, picking up returns, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging customers to assess needs and upsell products. Duties include maintaining inventory knowledge, handling back stock and cycle counts, using the delivery board system, and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Requires safe driving, English proficiency (Spanish a bonus), ability to read technical documents, basic math, and availability to work variable days including evenings and weekends. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver''s license required. Compensation ranges from $16.40-$17.75 per hour, equivalent to $34,112–$36,920 annually, with benefits described by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
