Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering automotive parts to professional customers, processing returns, maintaining cleanliness and stock, and engaging walk-in customers to assess needs and upsell appropriate products. Will promote current sales and loyalty programs, manage inventory and back stock, perform cycle counts, and support store operations. Must be able to drive safely, navigate delivery routes, and communicate effectively to build relationships with customers and teammates. Prior automotive parts experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work various shifts including days/evenings/weekends; must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and aptitude for sales, customer service, and inventory systems are essential.
