Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, distributing sales materials, collecting account information, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. Role includes upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, engaging walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services, and using inventory systems. Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends, speak English (Spanish a plus), and have strong customer service and safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Automotive parts experience preferred (optional)
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
