Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Requires ability to upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value, manage inventory (stocking, back stock, cycle counts), operate the delivery board system, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Strong emphasis on safe driving, clear communication, inventory systems, and adaptability to a varied schedule. Must be able to read and interpret technical documents and manuals; basic math skills; and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- English language skills (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience preferred
