Job Summary
Store Driver responsibilities include picking, staging and safely delivering auto parts to pro customers, handling returns and cores, distributing weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, collecting customer credit accounts, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assisting in upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value, maintaining store cleanliness and stock areas, stocking truck and back stock, and using inventory systems. The role requires engaging with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services, operating a delivery board system, and applying safety knowledge. Essential skills include safe driving, clear communication, inventory and product knowledge, ability to read safety and maintenance documents, math proficiency, and willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Automotive parts experience is preferred; ability to learn new products and sales techniques; English fluency with Spanish a plus.
