Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness. Must engage walk-in customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate parts or services; upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value. Requires safe driving, navigation skills, use of delivery board systems, effective communication, ability to stock and manage inventory, and readiness to work various shifts including weekends. Prior automotive parts experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license required. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Basic math skills andInventory/stocking experience (preferred)
- Automotive parts knowledge or experience (preferred)
