Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns, dropping off sales flyers, collecting credit accounts, maintaining relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assisting in upselling/cross-selling, stocking and inventory tasks, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Must maintain safety standards, operate inventory systems, and demonstrate strong customer service and sales aptitude; duties include vehicle operation, safe driving, inventory management, and store cleanliness, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic math in all units of measure
- Effective communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
