Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. Duties include daily credit collection support, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, stocking back stock and cycle counts, operating inventory systems, engaging with walk-in customers, and maintaining knowledge of product inventory. Requires safe driving, navigation, effective communication, and basic math; English proficiency with Spanish a plus; high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends; prior automotive parts experience preferred.
