Store Driver

Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. Maintain store cleanliness, stock and back stock, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Operate delivery board system and inventory systems; read safety rules and parts catalogs; communicate effectively with customers and team. Must have a valid driver�s license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds; able to work a range of days, evenings, and weekends; English required (Spanish a plus). Ensure knowledgeable product recommendations and customer service while maintaining store standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver�s license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
