Store Driver

Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to pro customers; handling returns and cores; distributing sales flyers and promoting loyalty programs; collecting credits, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and providing CPP insights from deliveries. Maintains store cleanliness, stocks inventory and back stock, conducts cycle counts, and stays knowledgeable about products and new arrivals to assist sales. Engages with walk-in customers to assess needs and upsell or cross-sell products, with a focus on safe driving, navigation, customer service, and effective use of inventory systems. Requires English (Spanish helpful), ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents, basic math, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends; education: high school diploma or equivalent; must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Automotive parts experience is preferred.
