Store Driver

Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers by picking, staging, and safely delivering; collect returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, stock and inventory accuracy, engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while sharing insights from deliveries. Must operate inventory systems, understand safety and procedures, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus). Must have a valid driver''s license, acceptable driving record, and be able to work varied days, including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed
- Automotive parts experience preferred
