Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts to pro customers and pick up returns; stock and organize inventory; upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value; engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services; maintain store cleanliness and stock knowledge; operate inventory systems and delivery board; build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; adhere to safety practices and use basic math for transactions; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift substantial weights; hours may include days, evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
- Read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Experience in automotive parts preferred
- Excellent customer service and sales aptitude
