Job Summary
Store Driver at Advance Auto Parts responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to professional customers, handling returns, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventory, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and promote products and loyalty programs. Must navigate inventory systems, read safety/operational documents, perform basic math, and be capable of working varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with a focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; safety and proper use of delivery boards emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
