Job Summary
Store Driver responsibilities include picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory while engaging with walk-in customers to identify needs and upsell products. Requires driving with a valid license and clean driving record, ability to read safety and operations documentation, basic math, and the ability to work varied hours. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and stock management (front/back stock, cycle counts) with basic use of inventory systems and a delivery board.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Prior automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
