Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers and returns, upsell/cross-sell to increase value, maintain store cleanliness and stock, engage with walk-in customers to recommend parts/services, and maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals. Use delivery board system, handle cycles and back stock, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations while building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Willingness to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
