Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers; handling returns; dropping off weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs; collecting account information; building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; assisting in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; maintaining store cleanliness and stock; engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services; operating inventory systems and using basic math; must have a valid driver's license, read safety rules, and work a variable schedule including days/evenings/weekends; English required (Spanish a plus); automotive parts experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure)
- Ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to use inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment
- Experience in automotive parts or similar sales environment preferred
