Job Summary
Store Driver for Advance Auto Parts: responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns and cores, delivering sales flyers, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Maintains store cleanliness, stocks inventory, and engages with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services. Builds relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assists in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, and uses the delivery board system. Must read safety rules and maintenance instructions, perform basic math, and be willing to work days, evenings, and weekends. Strong emphasis on safe driving, customer service, inventory knowledge, and operating store equipment. Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; automotive parts experience is preferred. Compensation range is $16.40-$17.75 per hour, annualized to approximately $34,112—$36,920 for a full-time equivalent workload, with location and experience influencing final pay.
