Job Summary
Deliver and stage automotive parts to Pro customers and their returns, while maintaining store cleanliness and stocking, engaging walk-in customers to understand needs, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Responsibilities include safe driving, using delivery boards, inventory control (back stock, cycle counts), upselling and cross-selling products to raise transaction value, and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Must communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus), read safety and parts catalogs, perform basic math for transactions, and be available for days, evenings, and weekends. Knowledge of inventory systems and safety procedures is essential, with an emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
