Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting sales and loyalty programs, maintaining inventory and store cleanliness, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and propose parts or services. The role requires driving to locations, operating inventory systems, upselling/cross-selling, and maintaining knowledge of products and new arrivals, while upholding safety practices and providing dependable customer service. Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, basic math, and English proficiency. Automotive parts experience is preferred. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance and working varied shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Willingness to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
