Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering automotive parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store operations. Tasks include upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventories, engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services, operating inventory systems and a delivery-board system, and upholding safety and customer-service standards. Requires driving and customer-service skills, familiarity with parts catalogs, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure
- English language proficiency; Spanish a plus
- Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed
