Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs. Collect credit accounts daily, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and assist in upselling to increase average transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, perform general stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts, and engage with walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts. Requires safe driving ability, valid driver's license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
