Job Summary
Store Driver responsibilities include picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers; picking up returns and cores; promoting current sales and loyalty programs; daily collection of credit accounts; building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; maintaining store cleanliness; stock management (including back stock and cycle counts); knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales; engaging with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services; safe driving and navigation; use of delivery board system; strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends; automotive parts experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to use basic math for transactions
- Ability to engage customers and promote products
