Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts to professional customers, including picking, staging and safe delivery; assist with returns, upsell/cross-sell to increase order value, maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and provide insights learned during deliveries. Use delivery board system, maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals, engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Requires a valid driver s license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends. Training and knowledge in safety, inventory systems, and sales techniques are part of the role. Essential duties include safety awareness, customer service, and physical tasks associated with stock and deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
- Basic math skills
- Experience with inventory systems or back stock
- Customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work days/evenings/weekends
- Ability to engage customers and promote products
- Automotive parts knowledge preferred
