Store Driver

Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and safely delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, and assisting with in-store sales. Role includes promoting current sales and loyalty programs, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, stocking and inventory management (including back stock and cycle counts), maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and propose parts or services. Strong emphasis on safe driving, navigation, effective communication, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Location is Greensboro, NC; on-site role with typical retail-store environment and equal opportunity employer statements.
