Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers and pick/stock as needed, maintain store cleanliness, assist with upselling and cross-selling to increase sales, engage with walk-in customers to assess needs, manage back stock and inventory, and operate the delivery board system; requires safe driving, knowledge of product inventory, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work days/evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, knowledge of automotive parts, and adherence to safety and store procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and catalogs
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Basic math skills
