Job Summary
Deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns while promoting current sales and loyalty programs; engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services; maintain store cleanliness and stocking; operate inventory systems and use a delivery board; build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; must have a valid driver's license, be able to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to use inventory systems and read catalogs
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
