Store Driver

Store Driver delivers parts to pro customers, picks and stages items, and handles returns. Builds relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, promotes current sales and loyalty programs, and assists in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value. Maintains store cleanliness, stocks inventory including back stock and cycle counts, and keeps knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Communicates with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires safe driving, navigation, customer-service oriented communication, ability to use inventory systems and the delivery board, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), and willingness to work varied days/evenings/weekends. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Certifications: valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Essential skills include reading safety rules and manuals, basic math, stocking, inventory control, and ability to engage customers and promote products.
