Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering automotive parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining inventory and store appearance. Duties include driving safely, using the delivery board system, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, stocking and organizing back stock, engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs, and supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Strong English communication, basic math, and product knowledge are essential; Spanish is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work varied days, evenings, and weekends. Based at 1690 Route 209, Brodheadsville, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Read, interpret, and use parts catalogs and instructions
