Job Summary
Store Driver delivers parts to pro customers, picks up returns, drops off sales flyers, and promotes current sales and loyalty programs. Responsibilities include daily credit account collection, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking and cycle counts, staying knowledgeable on inventory and new arrivals, engaging walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services, and operating inventory systems and the delivery board. Required to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends with safe driving and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs
- Strong customer service and sales Aptitude
- English (Spanish a plus)
