Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers; handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Maintains store cleanliness, stocking, and inventory accuracy; engages walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell or cross-sell products. Requires safe driving, basic math, English (Spanish a plus), and effective communication with customers and team members. Familiarity with inventory systems and ability to learn new products and sales techniques is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work varied days, evenings and weekends
- Customer service orientation and sales aptitude
