Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness. Must build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, manage inventory including back stock and cycle counts, engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services, and operate inventory systems. Requires safe driving, navigation skills, strong communication, and the ability to work a mix of day/evening/weekend shifts; education of a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required. Physical duties include lifting up to 50-100 pounds with or without assistance, standing/walking, and exposure to various elements in a retail environment. Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work varied days including weekends
- Prior automotive parts experience preferred
