Store Driver

Job Summary
Deliver and stage auto parts to professional customers and pick up returns, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; assist in upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy (back stock, cycle counts); operate inventory systems and a delivery board. Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend parts or services. Must be able to lift up to 50-100 pounds, work varied shifts including days/evenings/weekends, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus). Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- basic math skills
