Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities include daily credit-collection tasks, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assisting in upselling/cross-selling to increase transaction value, stocking and inventory management, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services. Requires safe driving, navigation, customer-focused communication, and ability to use inventory systems; physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance; English proficiency with Spanish a plus; flexibility to work various shifts. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Knowledge of safety rules, parts catalogs, and basic math is required. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred.
