Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns and cores. Drop off weekly or monthly sales flyers, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts daily. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers to provide insights, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value, and engage walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts or services. Maintain store cleanliness, perform general stocking including truck and back stock, and conduct cycle counts. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals. Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision

- High school diploma or equivalent
