Job Summary
Store Driver delivers automotive parts to pro customers, picks and stages deliveries, collects returns, promotes current sales and loyalty programs, maintains inventory and back stock, stocks and cleans the store, and engages walk-in customers to assess needs and upsell products. Strong customer service, safe driving, navigation, and ability to use delivery and inventory systems are essential; physical duties include lifting up to 50-100 pounds with assistance, stocking, and occasional outdoor work. Must have a valid driver’s license and basic math and English communication skills; knowledge of automotive parts and willingness to learn product lines and sales techniques is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately
- Prior automotive parts experience is preferred
