Job Summary
Store Driver responsible for picking, staging, and safely delivering automotive parts to pro customers, handling returns, and promoting sales programs. Drives weekly/monthly promotions, maintains customer relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, assists in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, and manages store cleanliness and stocking (including back stock and cycle counts). Must operate inventory systems, engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services, and maintain product knowledge on inventory and new arrivals. Strong emphasis on safe driving, navigation, and customer service; ability to work days, evenings, and weekends; reads and interprets safety rules and manuals; English (Spanish a plus) required; prior automotive parts experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
