Job Summary
Store Driver responsibilities include picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Responsibilities also cover upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value, stock and maintain store cleanliness, manage back stock and cycle counts, and operate inventory systems. Requirements include a valid driver's license with a good driving record, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), basic math, ability to read safety and operating manuals, and flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques
- Automotive parts experience preferred
