Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers. Drop off flyers to promote loyalty programs and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Collect credit accounts daily, assist in upselling to increase transaction values, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory through cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish
- Automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
