Store Driver

Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services, assisting in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot; perform general stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Willing to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
