Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers. Drop off flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing insights learned during deliveries. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, and perform general stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Speak and write English (Spanish a plus), use basic math accurately, and work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products
- Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques
