Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns and cores. Drop off weekly and monthly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts daily. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing insights during deliveries and assisting with upselling to increase average transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and the parking lot, while performing general stocking, truck stocking, and cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires a valid driver's license, safe driving ability, and experience working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques
