Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs. Collect credit accounts daily and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing delivery insights. Assist in upselling products to increase transaction values, maintain store cleanliness including floors and parking lots, and perform general stocking with cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Weekend availability is mandatory. Valid driver's license with acceptable record required; automotive parts experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Weekends are a must
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision

- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish a plus
- Automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
