Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers. Drop off flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing delivery insights. Collect credit accounts daily, engage with walk-in customers to understand needs, and recommend appropriate parts or services. Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. Perform general stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- For applicants in the state of Missouri, you are required to have a valid Class E drivers license to be eligible for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

- Ability to adjust focus

- Spanish a plus
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
- Safe driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system

- Operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment
- Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
