Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns and cores. Drop off weekly or monthly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs and collect credit accounts daily. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights learned during deliveries to assist in upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain store cleanliness, perform general stocking including truck and back stock, and conduct cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
