Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns and cores. Drop off weekly and monthly sales flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. Perform daily credit account collections, engage walk-in customers to recommend parts, and maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, and the parking lot. Conduct general stocking, truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts while maintaining inventory knowledge. Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products
- Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques
