Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns and cores. Drop off weekly and monthly sales flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and perform daily collection of credit accounts. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights learned during deliveries. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. Perform general stocking, truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance

- High school diploma or equivalent
